Description

Aw... this old but still delicious classic! Happy CP   "Invented" in 1861 in a Tsarist Russia.
Serve with vodka! :vodka:

Recipe:
Base:
- slightly roast 8-10 champignon on a melted butter
- then immediately add 2-3 shallots
- when shallots will be slightly fried, add a 1-2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard sauce
- add dash of salt and a little bit of crushed pepper
- add a few drops of lemon
- add a spoonful of sugar (this will help to create a typical sweet/sour taste)
- add a cup of sour cream
- leave for 4-6 minutes to "bubble" = cook to make a thick sauce

Meat :
- slice a meat (beef sirloin / tenderloin) to thin slices
- fry on oil (2-3 minutes) = meat must keep its juiciness

Finish :
- Add meat to a sauce
If you wish you can finish a flavor of sauce before (add lemon or butter or creme)
= depending if you want more sour or more sweet :) (Smile) 
- and finally add two small chopped gherkins

A BIG FINALE before serving!
If you want to make it a real stroganoff; spill over it a strong Vodka or Cognac (50% alcohol or up) and ingnite!
