Autumn Salmon

Fresh salmon with mashed potatoes (with butter), gralic spinach, glazed carrots, bacon chips and lemon.
I like this dish. Ingredients aren't mixed together. Everything can be tasted / enjoyed separately. Plus... believe me that sliced carrots and leafs of spinach can go together in taste too.
